Resolution 115.  (Support)

That the BCTF work with the Canadian Teachers' Federation (CTF) to condemn the government subsidization of private schools and to bring this issue to the forefront of a national discussion.

This does need to be a national conversation.   In BC, I have heard an NDP MLA say that they can't cut funding to private schools because they need the votes.  Obviously we don't have enough clout or voting power on our side (yet).
