Resolution 195.  (Likely Support)  

That the BCTF investigate the possibility of working as the agency for Exchange Programs for BC teachers and report back to the Fall 2020 Representative Assembly.

My understanding is that this motion is intended to be cost neutral.  The investigation would confirm this as well as determine any liability the BCTF would assume as the agency.  While exchanges may be extremely valuable to individual members, and staffs working with their exchange partner, our first priority should be to members in BC public schools.
