That the Federation undertake a twice-yearly media campaign to keep teacher issues front and centre with the public between bargaining rounds

I would like to see the concept in a comprehensive long term strategy.  This could be the catalyst to develop a strategy, or this could be delayed until we have a strategy.

My concern is creating a policy that in 3 years may no longer be relevant.  (Wishful thinking of 3 years but the concept applies)

It may also not make sense at some point and with the AGM creating it, it would be much harder to adapt.  Perhaps a referral to the RA would allow for future flexibility.
