Recommendation 69  (Support)  

That Procedure 49.16—2. to Procedure 49.16—3. be deleted effective July 1, 2020.

Previous iterations were to ensure that TTOCs were not penalized for BCTF work.  With current contract language, TTOCs would receive the exact same working fo the BCTF and in their local. 

 

This  now aligns with members not benefiting or losing as a result with BCTF work.
